Training puts the emphasis for show success into all your marketing plans. Training should begin 4-12 weeks before your show.

Coaching occurs just before and during the show. It's used most often when you have staff from around the country - or around the world - who will be meeting at the show. Coaching is a review of your marketing strategies, a brush-up on boothmanship and an on-site evaluation of performance during the show.

Coaching is often a half-day program in conjunction with a sales management or executive level pre-show conference.

Review first occurs 2-8 weeks after the show, depending on your objectives and sales cycle, and should be continued at monthly or quarterly intervals.

During the review, we listen to your staff, evaluate leads and prospects, determine the value of the show in your marketing planning schedule, and track follow-up progress.

FOR SHOW ORGANIZERS

Pre-Show Presentations add value to your package.

Usually held during show set-up time and in a section of the show floor, or at the venue, the presentation gives exhibitors a review of booth behavior and sales tips, plus up-to-the-minute information about the show.

These are custom presentations about trade show marketing for your clients and prospects, and sometimes sponsored by you to include the general business public.

Often these presentations are held in your showroom, and give you the opportunity to introduce new products, provide demonstrations and to close sales.
